Jason Harris, BRP founder, along with Artist and Engineer Kevin Johnson Jr. participated in the "Existence Beyond Code—AI and Us" panel at the Maryland Center for History and Culture on February 13th, 2025. The roundtable, moderated by Devlon Waddell, asked the question "As Artificial Intelligence (AI) becomes customary with modern technology, how do we adapt and utilize it?". Jason Harris, BRP founder, participated in the "Hope as a Technology" roundtable discussion at the American Studies Association conference in Baltimore, MD on November 15th. The roundtable, moderated by Dr. Jasmine Wade of Sacramento State University in California, covered the following: How does your program engage Afrofuturism and connect it to communities?

Jason returned to Dakar to bring equipment to the Senegalese American Bilingual School and the Djarama Community School in Touba Dialaw. He also mounted an art show as Dakar launched its bi-annual Biennale Art show in November.
Jason is participating on the Community Research and Action Committee for the Baltimore Youth Data Hub.
BRP hosted ROBOT101 at the Baltimore Unity Hall on March 26th. Students had the opportunity to work with various robots and received a lesson on the history of robots.
